Propose an international artist for residence at IASPIS in Stockholm

International artists, whose practices are located outside of Sweden, are invited by IASPIS based on recommendations from artist colleagues, curators, critics, and other stakeholders in the field of visual and applied arts. Proposals of international artists can be submitted continuously using the form provided below.

Proposals received between 16 December 2024–5 December 2025 will be handled in February 2026 for periods of stay between November 2026–November 2027.

Residencies have a duration of 3 months and include accommodation, studio, and a grant. Received proposals are stored for a period of 1 year.

Proposals can be submitted on an ongoing basis via forms on our website. Received proposals are saved one year forward.
