At IASPIS, Navarro will further develop her work at the intersection of sculpture and archaeology through ceramics-informed installations, situating projects within archaeological and museum settings rather than conventional art spaces. Her practice frequently employs ceramic forms to generate dialogue around material culture, heritage, and public perceptions of both.
Navarro has exhibited nationally and internationally and is affiliated with accredited academic institutions and prominent research centres, including a collaboration with the Centre for Research and Studies in Fine Arts (Faculdade de Belas-Artes, Universidade de Lisboa), as well as engagements focused on visual narratives and hybridity. Rooted in sculpture and drawing and supported by a strong academic trajectory, her practice contributes to contemporary sculpture and the broader art-science discourse.
