Application forms

E-service application forms are only available in Swedish. Below, you can use the pdf forms in English to help you complete your e-application. You can submit your application via our e-service by logging in with a Swedish electronic-ID. Apply before 14.00 on the deadline.

You can also email your application to ansokan@konstnarsnamnden.se or send it by post.

To fill in the pdf form, you need the latest version of Adobe Reader.
