Natalia Ivanova Mount is a cultural organizer, curator, and a published author on topics exploring the intersection between art, law, and economics. Her leadership and curatorial practice reflect her social justice background and her commitment to building alternative spaces and platforms that create new opportunities for culture producers, artists, and arts organizers to build autonomy and community.

Originally from Bulgaria, Natalia lived in New York, where in the early 2000, she co-founded FLUX Art Space – a pioneering art organization that commissioned and produced social practice projects, public interventions, and education programs for youth. In the beginning of her career, Natalia worked at MoMA PS1, located in NYC.

Mount is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards in recognition of her contributions to the art & culture field. Her essay "Reframing the Value of Art and Fair Labor in the Context of a Sharing Economy" was published in 2018 by The Journal of Aesthetics & Protest, and Project Kalahati Press, Oakland, CA. Natalia is the Executive Director of Pro Arts Gallery & COMMONS and founding partner at AGENCY, Oakland, California. Mount holds a BA in Criminal Justice, MA in Art Market, and MBA in Media Management.
