International Cooperative Projects in Sweden

The Swedish Arts Grants Committee is developing a new type of cooperation with organizations in Sweden in order to promote international networking for visual and applied artists based in Sweden.
Institutions, associations and other professional bodies can turn to IASPIS with a proposal to cooperate in projects that aim to contribute to the internationalisation of visual and applied artists in Sweden. The project is formulated in accordance to a context that is relevant to a proposer based in Sweden.

The Swedish Arts Grants Committee`s participation in a project aims to contribute an added value for visual and applied artists in Sweden.

The proposer needs to have the administrative capacity to manage the implementation of the project, and other parties than The Swedish Arts Grants Committee need to be involved in the project financing.

Proposers are welcome to contact IASPIS Project coordinator Annika Björkman to discuss possibilities for cooperation. E-mail:

Cooperative Projects are a complement to the Cultural Exchange grant  awarded to individual artists who wish to invite foreign artists to Sweden.
